he Rose Mapendo Foundation encourages orphans and widows in the DR Congo, Rwanda, and Burundi to work together regardless of religious, tribal, or political differences in order to achieve peace and reconciliation in the region. We also show the disadvantaged working women, widows, and orphans the potential they have to succeed in life by providing education, healthcare, livelihood skills, and community development services.
